The Pre-Prep have been learning about Britishness all week. We mixed up into different groups so we learnt alongside new friends. We have learnt about Great Britain and the Commonwealth, researched British heroes and what it means to be a hero, celebrated St George's Day and searched for British wildlife. On Friday we went for a Bluebell walk and visited the RSPB in Pulborough to look for British birds and wildlife.read more
Wednesday Night is `World Food Night' for the boarders at Dorset House. The children are served food from around the world and learn fascinating facts about each country.
This week's Irish Night was particularly popular as the Irish Stew, soda bread and Cranachan was washed down with Guiness look-alike Cola! Supper was followed by Irish dancing in the Barn with Mr Keane teaching the steps and Mr Marconi playing the penny whistle. Pictured are some of the boarders enjoying their supper.read more
